A night to hear two great local folk bands. Frontier Ruckus is made up of five members who play a variety of instruments ranging from banjo to saw and describe their music by quoting a Huckleberry Finn quote: "...and there was them kind of faint dronings of bugs and flies in the air that makes it seem so lonesome and like everybody's dead and gone." Fiona Dickinson is a group made up of string players-guitar, cello and violin. Their unique sound is influenced by Billie Holiday, Bon Iver and Cold Mountain Child. Tickets are $7 |
