| "Create a Date” Bistro and Ballroom includes a new menu designed by Chef Mark Williams. Dinner is served bistro style in the beautiful East Court area of the main museum with delicious mixed drinks offered to match menu items. A cash bar is available from 5:30 – 8:30 PM with dinner seating beginning at 6:00 PM. Ballroom dancing at 8:00 PM, Cook Auditorium.
