| Situated in a parallel realm, the characters in these works waver between virtuous and corrupt. The objects are markers and cultural debris, as well as inadequate devices of communication or defense. These works are comprised primarily of appropriated images, altered in-computer, using both photographic and drawing techniques. There will be an artist's talk on Friday, Feb. 3, at 4:30 p.m. at the De Pree Art Center followed by a reception on Friday, Feb. 3, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m |
