Mastermind behind the quintessentially Midwestern radio show, A Prairie Home Companion, Garrison Keillor tickles with his dry humor, Disney movie-style innuendos and wacky sensibilities. Offered weekly on more than 450 NPR stations, Keillor has also penned an array of books about the "Lake Wobegon" community depicted on the radio show. Experience his wit and candor up close and in person when he stops by Miller Auditorium.

DeltaPlex, Grand Rapids
April 17 -18

Sitting on a 1940s Mauser rifle, itching for a butterfly knife or dying for a crossbow? The Gun & Knife show is a sure-fire chance at a wild time filled with people watching, more weapons that you can shake a feeble stick at, and enough danger to satisfy even non-enthusiasts for an afternoon. And if you want to make enemies and rile up the vendors, ask for a switchblade from "behind the counter."
