The Men Who Stare at Goats
Based on the true events described in Jon Ronson's same-titled book, this comedy follows reporter Bob Wilton (Ewan MacGregor) on an adventure into a top-secret government program that attempts to use psychic powers to end war as we know it. An all-star cast also includes George Clooney, Jeff Bridges, and Kevin Spacey.
The Fourth Kind
In 1972, ufologist J. Allen Hynek established a classification system to describe alien encounters. The fourth kind is the rarest-alien abduction. This first major film from writer-director Olatunde Osunsanmi, which claims to be based on actual events, investigates a disproportionately high number of reported alien abductions in Nome, Alaska, over the last 40 years. Milla Jovovich stars as psychotherapist Dr. Abigail Tyler.

Fantastic Mr. Fox
Acclaimed director Wes Anderson brings to life the tale of the Fox family in his first animated film, based on Roald Dahl's book of the same name. Mr. Fox (featuring the voice of George Clooney) is forced to steal a meal from one of the three miserly farmers who live near his family's den under a hill. The greedy farmers band together to end Mr. Fox once and for all.
Planet 51
In this animated adventure from Madrid-based Ilion Animation Studios, human astronaut Captain Chuck Baker (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) lands on Planet 51, thinking he's the first to set foot on its sunny surface. However, he soon discovers that green people inhabit the planet in a white-picket-fence society reminiscent of the 1950's U.S.
The Blind Side
Based on Michael Lewis' 2006 book The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game, this film follows Baltimore Ravens' offensive lineman Michael Oher (Quinton Aaron) from his impoverished upbringing, through his days at Briarcrest Christian School, his adoption by Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy (Tim McGraw and Sandra Bullock, respectively), and on to his days as a highly coveted college football star.
