Holland's got the tulips, but Ada's got the arts. The Ada Arts Council will host its annual Arts in Ada festival May 15, getting community members to "think spring."

The tree-lined downtown street of Bronson will be packed with more than 60 booths of items on display and for purchase. The setting is ideal as the festival is surrounded by the beautiful small town landscape of the historical bridge and Town Hall. Together, the location and the creative work of community members compliment one another to make a beautiful location.

The day is packed full of celebrations that are sure to feed both body and soul. Ada embraces its festivities with all forms of art, ranging from food prepared by local eateries, music performed live by local bands, routines choreographed and performed by local dance teams as well as art painted, sculpted, weaved … well, you get the picture:  a celebration of local artists.

The party doesn't stop there, though. Events and booths designed just for the fun and enjoyment of kids will offer face painting, craft areas and other activities for those miniature Picassos and Mozarts.

Come support the local artists of Ada and surrounding areas in the celebration of everything art.
