Empty Orchestra is keeping the alt-indie-country genre alive and well in Michigan and the surrounding states.

The Pontiac area was nice enough to let Mount Pleasant borrow songwriter Joe Hertler while he receives his degree...it just so happens that lots of other people in Michigan cities have come to love Joe, too!

Newday Dreamers originally came onto the Mid-Michigan music scene back in 2008, and after a year long hiatus, they are back and in the studio recording their yet-to-be named debut album.
