| The Soap Box Series brings a new twist to happy hour during ArtPrize. The term originates from the days when speakers would elevate themselves by standing on a wooden crate originally used for shipment of soap or other dry goods from a manufacturer to a retail store. We have no soap to ship, but we have artists ready to speak about their work and garner public votes. The audience is also encouraged to take the box and express their opinions. Enjoy a cash bar and light eats during this festive, fast paced and lively series. |
